Classic Insulation, LLC is an established premier company that installs fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam insulation. We are looking for serious and motivated applicants to join our team of laborers and spray foam applicators full-time! Classic Insulation can provide an opportunity for that person searching for a rewarding career

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will vary depending on the installation materials but will include one or more of the following):
• Work safe and use safety personal protection equipment according to company safety guidelines and policies.
• Maintain positive work environment through positive interactions and communication with co-workers, customers and management.
• Communicate with Classic Insulation LLC Owner as to project difficulties and problems encountered in a timely manner.
• Prep area to receive insulation materials per the specification, including Installing baffles, caulk and covering windows and doors and provide clean up.
• Professionally and properly operate and maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Load/unload work vehicles with proper materials for assigned jobs.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Ability to read instructions, complete forms and perform basic math.
• Basic understanding of insulation materials and how to install is helpful but will train the right person.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Great work ethic.
• Basic carpentry skills and knowledge.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50+ Pounds.
• Ability to be polite and courteous to customers.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to have or obtain a chauffers’ license and MDOT medical card within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to learn new industry safety standards as necessary.
• Must adhere to Company policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal laws.
ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Normal Work hours are 7:00-5:00 M-F.
• Availability to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Work inside and outside in temperatures ranging from extreme heat to extreme cold.
• Work in elevated or small spaces where additional protection equipment may be required.
• Work with and around mechanical equipment.
• Any new employees will have a 30-day probationary period.

EDUCATION:
• High School Diploma or GED.
