Public farm tours are on Saturdays at 1pm. Walk-ins welcome, as space permits. Hot meals and some groceries are handed out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-7 at 501 West 6th Street where Jefferson deadends. First come, first serve. No documentation neede

is out at Coolavin Park doing art activities for the kids! FREE turkey sandwiches with oranges and carrots for all kids 1-18!

Sometimes there are unplanned activities at the summer meal program.... like todays kitten rescue! Kids found a sweet orange tabby in the wheel well of a car. They rescued him, brought him to the shelter where our dedicated volunteer had the purrrrfect kitten pen!
He got some food and is heading to the vet for a wellness check! One of our staff is able to foster him or keep him. If anyone in the Smithtown/Coolavin neighborhood is missing their kitten, please contact [email protected]!
