This special evening brings together Chef Paula’s Southern-inspired Ecuadorian cuisine and Chef Jeff’s modern interpretation of Southern fare, showcased in a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu with an amuse-bouche, expertly paired with wines from Jackson Family Wines.
