Our Lexington Quick Starters have officially begun their 4-week paid training program and are already off to a great start. Every day, they’re showing up ready to learn, develop new skills, and prepare for a career in the electrical industry.

Over the next few weeks, they'll build a strong foundation before heading to the jobsite as part of the next generation of Amteck electricians.

Positioning ourselves for the future of mission critical.

Lorne Smith, Dom Arrigo, and Hunter Frazier recently attended the 7x24 Exchange Conference, where they connected with industry leaders, explored emerging technologies, and gained valuable insight into the future of mission critical facilities.

From discussions around AI and innovation to connecting with fellow Comfort Systems USA companies like EAS, the conference provided opportunities to learn, build relationships, and bring new ideas back to Amteck.

The knowledge gained will help us continue building on our success and delivering value to our customers in this growing market.

Congratulations to Trenton on earning his Journeyman Electrician License!

This is a major milestone in an electrician's career and one that takes dedication, discipline, and persistence to achieve. Earning thais license reflects years of building knowledge, sharpening skills, and staying committed to the process.

Congratulations to Danny Harris on his promotion to Superintendent in our Dyersburg Service Office!

For more than 20 years, Danny has brought leadership, experience, and ownership to the field. He has consistently stepped up beyond the responsibilities of his role, leading crews, managing day-to-day jobsite operations, and helping keep projects moving with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

He is invested in the next generation, helping younger electricians learn, grow, and understand the expectations that come with the trade.

Danny’s leadership and commitment to the team made this a natural next step.

Our Myrtle Beach team kicked off summer with the first-ever AMTECK Warehouse Bash. Steaks on the grill, co****le, good conversations, and a day built around showing appreciation for the people who keep things moving every day.

Congratulations to Bill Smith on his promotion to Project Manager in our Louisville office.

Since joining Amteck in June 2021, Bill has brought decades of experience, technical knowledge, and leadership to the team.

With more than 30 years in construction and 20 years in the electrical industry, he has built a strong background in project management, controls and automation, and electrical testing.

Bill’s commitment to learning, leading, and continuing to grow has made an impact across the team, and this promotion is a natural next step.

Michael Marshall is stepping into a well-earned leadership role in the field.

Michael has been promoted to Foreman after 2 years at Amteck, where he’s consistently set the tone on site through steady leadership, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and quality.

He leads by example, keeps his crew aligned, and makes sure the work stays on track without cutting corners.

In his new role, Michael will support day-to-day field operations, help drive ex*****on on site, and continue reinforcing the safety, quality, and production standards his team relies on.

This promotion formalizes what’s already been showing up in the field every day.
