We have signed a new lease at Wesleyan Park Plaza in Owensboro, KY.

Yak & Yeti Himalayan Cuisine will be opening their third location at Wesleyan Park Plaza, taking over an existing restaurant outparcel. This will be an excellent addition to the shopping center and the Owensboro community.

We have signed a new lease with 7 Brew Coffee Coffee at Danville Manor Shopping Center, which will go in the space formerly occupied by O'Charleys at the front of the center off of main corridor, S Danville bypass. 7 Brew will be a great addition to the shopping center and the Danville community.

We have signed a new lease at Sentry Station in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.

HOTWORX will join the growing tenant line up as we continue to fill the center as part of our redevelopment. Burlington Stores, Inc. and Five Below are now open, with Ulta Beauty, Urban Nail Town and Hotworx slated to open in the coming months.

There are three small shop vacancies remaining (2,400, 1,724 SF and 1,050 SF)

We are thrilled to announce the opening of Five Below at Sentry Station in Fort Oglethorpe, GA! This is the next step in our redevelopment plans for the property - Five Below joins Burlington Stores, Inc. who just opened and will be followed by Ulta Beauty which is currently under construction.

Our team has been diligently working on redevelopment plans for both Dixie Manor in Louisville, KY and Sentry Station in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA.

Two large pieces of these redevelopments are the addition of national retailer, Burlington . We are thrilled that both locations are NOW OPEN and are excited about the draw these stores will bring to both shopping centers.
