Hey friends — we’re back! Camper Bills RV Repair is officially open again and we’re now scheduling for the first week of April.

We truly appreciate your patience while we were closed. That time meant so much to us as we focused on getting Flora home from the NICU. She’s doing great, and we’re slowly finding our rhythm as a family of three.

And some really exciting news—while Bill was off, he was finally able to finish his training and earn his Master Technician Certification! This is something he’s been working toward for years, putting in a lot of time and hard work behind the scenes. It’s a major accomplishment, and Flora and I are incredibly proud of him!

If you’ve been waiting to get on the schedule, go ahead and reach out—we’re ready to help!

Camper Bill’s RV Repair will complete all remaining scheduled service calls for this week. Following that, we will be temporarily closed through the end of March.

This has been a very demanding and stressful season for our family, and our priority right now is focusing fully on our daughter’s care in the NICU. Thank you for your understanding and support.

This morning, Bill and I welcomed our sweet baby girl into the world at 33 weeks. She is tiny but strong and thankfully doing really well. However, she will likly be spend the next several weeks in the NICU as she continues to grow.

We kindly ask for your patience during this period as our family focuses on supporting her and navigating this unexpected but beautiful season. Once she is discharged, we will be CLOSED for a few weeks as we adjust to life as a family of three.

Ross had his unit at a local dealer for several months, and it returned in worse condition than when he left it. They also neglected to winterize the unit, leading to additional problems. Bill diagnosed all of the issues quickly and was able to resolve everything in less than 90 minutes just a few days later.
