FHLB has released additional funds for the Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Homeownership Set-aside Program and the Workforce Housing Plus+ Program.
FHLB funds can be combined with our Ameris Down Payment Grant Program. Combining funds could potentially provide qualified buyers with up to $25,000 towards down payment and closing costs.
These funds were just announced and tend to go quickly.
The Federal Reserve lowered its key interest rate by a hefty half percentage point Wednesday, moving ahead with its first rate cut in four years and cheering markets that expected an emphatic move amid a softening jobs picture.
