Today, MSI Production Services was proud to provide turnkey event production support for Toyota Kentucky’s announcement of its new advanced paint facility in Georgetown, Kentucky.

Our team delivered staging, audio, lighting, power distribution, tenting, branding support structures, ceremonial groundbreaking elements, and on-site event management for this important milestone. The event brought together Toyota team members, company leadership, Governor Andy Beshear, state and local officials, community leaders, and business partners to celebrate this significant investment in Kentucky’s future.

The nearly $1 billion investment will help modernize Toyota’s Georgetown operations, support the future of vehicle manufacturing in the Commonwealth, and reinforce Toyota’s long-term commitment to Kentucky and its workforce.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help bring another important chapter in Kentucky manufacturing to life.

SUMMER HELP WANTED

MSI Production Services is hiring several part-time summer team members.

We’re looking for motivated young people who want to stay productive, learn new skills, and gain real-world experience in the live event industry.

This position focuses on warehouse organization, equipment preparation, and hands-on training with professional audio, video, lighting, and event production equipment.

Students with interests in STEM, engineering, electronics, IT, photography, videography, broadcasting, media production, robotics, or vocational/technical education programs are especially encouraged to apply.

No experience required—just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Applicants under 16 may be considered with parent or guardian consent.

As we wrap up another successful event, I’m reminded just how fortunate we are to work alongside the best team in the production business.

Tonight, we are especially thankful for every lead technician, stagehand, rigger, operator, crew chief, and every person who works behind the scenes to make our events successful. While clients and guests see the finished product, they rarely get to see the countless hours of planning, preparation, loading, building, troubleshooting, and teamwork that make it all possible.

The reality is simple: we couldn’t do what we do without them.

Their professionalism, dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence are the foundation of every event we produce. Whether they’re hanging points in the ceiling, pushing cases through a loading dock, building stages, running cameras, mixing audio, focusing lights, or striking an event late at night, they take pride in their craft and consistently deliver for our clients.

What an honor it was to once again partner with the Kentucky Chamber for the Best Places to Work in Kentucky Awards.

This year’s event marked the 22nd Best Places to Work in Kentucky celebration, and we’re proud that MSI Production Services has been involved in 21 consecutive years of its history. While we missed the inaugural event, we’ve had the privilege of supporting this outstanding program every year since.

Over the past two decades, we’ve watched the event continue to grow and evolve. We are especially proud of the role we’ve played in enhancing the production value and attendee experience through professional staging, audio, video, lighting, and event presentation. Working alongside the Kentucky Chamber, our goal has always been to help create an experience that reflects the significance of the companies and individuals being recognized.

A special thank you goes to our dedicated team of event professionals. Some members of our crew have been with us since our very first Best Places to Work event, and their passion, expertise, and commitment to excellence continue to make events like this possible year after year.

We’re glad to be back with our friends and colleagues at the Kentucky County Clerks Association as they gather for another multi-day conference at the Marriott City Center in downtown Lexington. It’s always a pleasure to support this outstanding organization, and we truly appreciate their continued trust and partnership.

We had an amazing time helping our friends at the Kentucky Chamber produce the 6th Annual Women’s Summit.

This year, MSI Production Services helped give the event a fresh new look with a complete reimagining of the stage design, lighting treatment, and overall production experience. By blending thoughtful scenic elements with dynamic lighting and seamless technical support, we were able to elevate the atmosphere and enhance the attendee experience from the moment the doors opened.
