Can’t let the day go by without wishing our best girl, Cabela, a happy 6th birthday!! If you have ever had the chance to hunt behind her or even be around her you know just how special she is!

Riley is getting a head start with us this spring! She has a good attitude and seems to be fitting right in! Doves and ducks are on the agenda 🕊️🦆

Want to know the cool part of our companion gun dog program? You not only get a nice hunting buddy, BUT you also get a nice companion that can go out on adventures with the family! This little Boykin is enjoying a lunch on a restaurant patio with her family!

Rosie picked up a seasoned pass this weekend! Thanks to backwoods retriever club for putting on a smooth ran test! And thanks to H Cooper Black for always having beautiful grounds to run on!

This fella has became very comfortable in the boat since being here! This is an essential part of a balanced program!

The little engine that could. Obedience, trained retrieve and now steadying up. He’s been fun and we can’t wait to see what his future holds this fall!

We went on the road and hung out with the folks from the Northern Virginia Brittany Club this weekend. Moose, owned by Tim & Leslie Hawley went 4-4 for his junior title! Rock, owned by Shannon & Shannon Turner went 4-4 for his junior title as well! As always thank you to the club and the judges for making a smooth test weekend. These young dogs showed out and will be ready for their senior in the fall!
