This is a 20’x24’x10’ with a 10’x24’ porch. We used 8x8 posts for the porch, 10’x8’ garage door with black hardware top panel with glass, two windows with shutters, front door with glass, gutters, and full perimeter overhang. This building completely matches the house and serves as a shed for yard tools, storage, and a beautiful porch for sitting. Everything is wired with outlets, lights, and fans. This is a shell we built for a customer who was acting as his own GC. There is still work to be done but you can see this stunning home with charcoal walls, black roof and trim. It has a spacious carport attached with a breezeway. The front features an engineered timber truss with black hardware, that is built for that “Look” plus made to carry the load. This was a 12’x30’ lean to on an existing we did years ago that we just closed in and finished. What was once covered outdoor space was easily converted into a sunroom/craftroom! Message us for you building needs.

This is a 40x50x14 shop with a 12x50 lean to enclosed, 12 foot roof extension across the front, 12 foot lean to off the left, and a 16 foot lean to off the right with LVL beams to eliminate poles. (1) 16x14 garage door (2) 10x8 garage doors (1) 8x8 garage. Garage doors are upgraded to flat panel, wood grain walnut finish with insulation. Wainscoting around the perimeter. Fully wired interior and exterior. Tongue and groove pine wall divider. Gutters with underground pipe to get the water away from the building. This building has around 120 yards of concrete inside and out. You will not touch any mud or dirt because we put crush and run around the whole exterior.
