• 170 acres
• Located ~1 mile from Keeneland Race Track and 13 minutes from Masterson Station
• 75' x 100' lighted, polytrack indoor arena
• 100' x 200' polytrack outdoor arena (lighting coming for outdoor soon)
• Jumps in both indoor and outdoor arenas
• Lunging ring with wood chip footing
• Covered round pen with sand footing
• Currently, 22 extra large stalls
• Soft brick aisles in Barn A with wooden and iron stall fronts
• Concrete aisles in Barns B & C with iron stall fronts
• Concrete and padded hot and cold indoor wash racks in each barn
• Over 20 large fields and paddocks including retirement and pasture board fields
• Trails that span the perimeter of the farm with a fantastic view of nature and Keeneland
• Climate controlled tack rooms in each barn
• Climate controlled lounge, kitchen, and restroom in each barn

Here comes the sun (& mud) doo-d-doo-doo🎵 It’s that time of year when your short planned barn trip turns into a several hours barn trip to remove all the caked on mud! We’re lucky to have hot-water in the wash racks for small areas and legs but check out some of our other tips for removing mud in cold temperatures!
