I love using fun, high-energy challenges like this to teach my students real-world life skills. When one student tried to pull, it was a challenge—but look what happens when the whole class hooks onto the rope and works together!

Martial arts builds strong individuals, but it builds even stronger teammates. I'm incredibly proud of the culture we've built where everyone supports each other. 🏆🥋
