We're looking for vendors for the first Christmas Market at The Commons on The Yard on December 12 and 13.
This December, the district lights up for the first time, and we want makers, bakers, and builders out there with us!
For vendors: no booth fee in year one; bring your own 10x10 white tent; $200 deposit returned at load-out; power will be available. Spaces are limited, and we're reviewing applications as they come in.

Cold Stone Creamery is officially open in The Station, serving up ice cream made to order right at the counter. The shop is proudly family-owned and operated by Larry and Jennifer.

We are super excited to announce the opening of our newest taproom, located in ! Coming this fall, this will be the newest spot to grab a nice cold Country Boy brew and enjoy all that The Commons will have to offer. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon!

Last week, we welcomed the Visit LEX team to The Commons.
We walked the entertainment district together, shared lunch from DaRae & Friends Catering stopped in at RD1 Spirits, checked progress at The Rail and OBC Kitchen, and toured the finished short-term stay suites at The Station.
Visit Lex has spent years building Lexington into a place people travel to. We’re proud to be adding to that, giving residents more to do and giving the city more reasons to bring visitors in.
More coming to this side of town! Glad to be building it alongside our tenants and partners who know what this city can be!
The Commons entertainment district is taking shape.
"The Yard," our central green space, is wrapping up this month and will become the first public gathering space within the district.
Surrounding it, new restaurants, hospitality concepts, retail spaces, and The Rail are continuing to take shape.

OBC Kitchen is excited to share our relocation to The Commons development in Lexington this Fall! We’ve outgrown our current space and are looking forward to giving OBC a home that matches the experience and atmosphere we strive to create for our guests.
