Hammer mill shaft we repaired a couple of weeks ago. Bearing went down on the shaft so we had to build the shaft back up, machine a new bearing fit, and turn new threads for the lock nut. Give us a call for all your machining/fabrication needs small or large.

Hydraulic Cylinder we repaired this week. Threads and nut were damaged in the past. Someone drove the nut on and welded it to the shaft which failed to hold. Built up and machined new threads, new nut, new seals and it is good as new. Give us a call for all your Machining needs.

Skidder yoke repair we finished up today. Someone got a little excited with a torch before they brought it to us 😅. Made it a little interesting but turned out great.

22” Diameter Flywheel resurface

Big job we finished up today. These will be mounted on forklifts. The hubs have two 180mm bearings pressed inside them with the shafts pressed inside the bearings. The shaft is rated to pick up 6000lb and still be able to rotate.
