We are officially going through a name change and are now going to be operating under KW Property Cleanouts LLC. We feel this name change will better describe what kind of work we do as we shift away from doing much long haul deliveries as our opportunities have moved more towards a commercial/residential clean out company. This rental property was left an absolute mess. In just a couple of days we did an entire clean out while also taking out all the flooring, cabinets, and appliances leaving this property ready for the landlord to do repairs/remodeling.

Marsha Riffe Realtor contacted me yesterday urgently needing help with getting some clean up done on a house to get it posted on the market. We were able to get out there today and get the deck cleaned off, mowing, and weedeating done. Job we did today emptying and removing an old flower bed and garden pond. We filled the holes back in with dirt then seeded and strawed. We hauled away all rocks, brick, and pond as well. I will give all of that to someone free if picked up for anyone wanting to start a pond/flower bed/fire pit.

As needs change we continue to try to adapt to best suit our customers. With the warm weather coming up some of our realtor customers now have a need for lawn care for homes on the market. We are now taking on some lawn care responsibilities as well. While we are not exactly what you would consider "Landscapers"(I can refer you to a few very good and reputable companies if that's what you're looking for), we can provide a clean looking appearance for your yard at a very reasonable price. Two outbuildings we cleaned out this week for a repeat customer of ours. We helped the customer go through everything as we removed it so they could keep valuables. Ended up with 3 trailer loads of junk removed from both buildings. I forgot to take before pictures of inside the buildings.

Before and after pictures of a building we took down today for new home owners. It was a good solid structure but was against HOA guidelines and was supposed to be taken down by the previous owner but it wasn't done before selling.
