🥰 Loving yourself is the first step in any relationship because it sets the foundation for how you expect to be treated by others. ❤️
✨ When you have a healthy sense of self-love and self-worth, you are more likely to attract and maintain healthy relationships with others.
When you love yourself:
❤️You know your own worth and what you bring to the table
❤️ You are less likely to settle for someone who doesn't treat you well or doesn't value you the way you deserve
❤️ You are more likely to set boundaries and communicate your needs effectively, which can help to create a healthier and more satisfying relationship.
😬 On the other hand, if you don't love yourself or have low self-esteem, you may be more likely to:
🥺tolerate mistreatment from others
🥺enter into unhealthy relationships that are based on neediness or a lack of self-worth
😵💫 This can lead to a cycle of toxic relationships that ultimately undermine your happiness and well-being.

❤️ I know we all want to feel close and secure in our relationships. But when our "enthusiasm" becomes a little too much, it's time to take a step back. 👣
Now, don't get me wrong, it's important to have a close relationship with your significant other. 😘
✨ But it's equally important to have your own life and not become overly dependent on your partner.

🚩 If you can’t have open and honest conversations… There’s a problem in your relationship.
If there’s something bugging you and you want to know, just ask him. If he doesn’t answer or can’t answer, then you might have a bigger problem.
Once you lose trust in a relationship it’s hard to get it back.
