PKM semi auto build. Built on a Winterbach receiver with Winterbach barrels. Bloc parts FCG housing, op rod and firing pin. This one has two barrels one left the original length and one cut, crowned and re threaded at 18.5. The 18.5 was re threaded in 18x1.5 left hand. I also made a combo block for the 18.5 barrel. The 2 barrels, receiver and bloc parts housing were coated in Savage Stainless and then Graphite Black and distressed to match the kit.

This MAC 9DS had some slide machine work and barrel porting done. An additional serration and window were machined forward of the factory machined cuts. The barrel was ported in each cut centered in the windows and at a 25 degree angle. The barrel is coated on Gold Cerakote and the slide is a simple Black Multicam. The grip module and mainspring housing were reduced for better grip. The grip safety was pinned in place at the mainspring housing. Then the grip was stippled in wagon wheel texture.

This upper in 6mm ARC had a combo block made out of a Superlative Arms piston conversion adjustable gas block and an A2 front sight. The A2 gas system and rear ring were cut and machined off. The rear of the sight was milled to fit the Superlative gas block and positioned where it would be on a standard A2 sight. The block and sight were welded and blended. The front of the A2 sight post was milled to allow gas adjustment and piston removal. The rail was machined for the new combo block. The block and barrel were coated in Graphite Black Cerakote.

The rear end folding trunnion conversion on this 5.45 Saiga was done by another shop. They had left deep grind marks in the receiver that were really noticeable after the finish was applied. The rear trunnion was demilled and the grind marks cleaned up then rear trunnion was re riveted. The front end had a pin and welded combo block and faux 4 piece flash hider barrel extension pin and welded done by the previous shop. The client got a new combo block and form one’d the rifle. New combo block was installed and pinned. The old selector marks were removed and the Russian marks laser engraved and selector notches were cut. Lastly all metal was coated in Russian paint.

This Arsenal Sam7K got the muzzle threaded in 1/2x28. The gas block threads were parted off and then the block was turned down and chamfered. The owner wanted to direct thread the suppressor and was already set up for 5/8x24 so a thread adaptor was installed and timed. With the thread protector on it almost looks like a standard block with no device attached.

This Dan Wesson Valkyrie had the slide tri-topped. The new flat on top had 40 LPI serrations milled in. The optic machine work removed the factory rear sight so a G***k suppressor height was milled in behind the optic. Front cocking serrations were milled in to match the factory rear. 2 small windows were milled on each side at the same angle and in front of the serrations and chamfered. One small window on top behind the front sight was milled in. The barrel was flushed to the bushing and a 45 degree crown cut. The slide was coated in black out Cerakote and the side flats and the 45’a were polished. The frame had an aluminum pic rail machined and welded to the frame. Ideally getting the rail close to where it would be on a factory railed frame. The magwell and grip safety were fit to the frame and blended. Once the frame work was done it was coated in Mystique Cerakote and the controls are all glass bead blasted.
