Project Anti-aging
We won't win the fight with aging , but we will die trying !
Today my son was promoted to the next level of fitness.
Unfortunately, the promotion came with suffering.
Leg day with Mom.
I call it quality time.
He calls it a violation of human rights.
We’re both correct. 😌
She just wanted a «little healthy color.»
Her collagen filed a police report.
Here’s the thing nobody wants to hear in summer:
if you’re constantly sunbathing, tanning, burning, or «just getting a little glow,» you’re fighting every skin treatment you’re paying for.
Lasers. Peels. Microneedling. RF. Skincare. Collagen stimulation.
All of it works better when your skin is not under constant UV attack.
You can’t ask your provider to repair pigment, wrinkles, collagen loss, redness, and texture… while you’re outside marinating in tanning oil like a rotisserie chicken with Wi-Fi.
Sun protection is not optional if you actually want results.
It is the boring foundation that makes the expensive treatments worth the money.
I wrote the full article about why fibroblasts, collagen, and aging skin need protection first — before we start pretending one magic treatment can undo years of sun damage.
Comment SKIN and I’ll send you the link.
Lipolytic injections are not a «fat melting» treatment.
They are a chemical destruction of fat cells.
The mechanism is apoptosis — programmed cell death — or necrosis: uncontrolled tissue death that leaves lumps, craters, and permanent damage under your skin.
There are no right hands for this on a menopausal abdomen.
There is no controlled protocol.
You are injecting a cytotoxic substance into a body that is already metabolically compromised. Hormones collapsed. Insulin dysregulated. Tissue repair slower than it was at 35.
The fat you see is not subcutaneous excess.
It is visceral redistribution driven by estrogen loss.
No injection reaches visceral fat.
What it reaches: your subcutaneous tissue, your lymphatics, your connective matrix.
And when it goes wrong — because it will go wrong — you are left with necrotic pockets, fibrosis, and permanent textural damage.
With a provider who has no idea how to fix what they caused.
Your menopause belly is a metabolic signal.
It requires a metabolic response.
Hormones. Insulin sensitivity. Protein. Muscle.
Not a needle from someone who just discovered this treatment exists.
Do the DEXA scan and it will shows you , what you don't want to know .
Means dressing like a vampire, a beekeeper, and a sci-fi assassin at the same time.
People ask me how I keep my skin looking good.
Well...
Step 1: Avoid the sun like it owes you money.
Step 2: Repeat for 20 years.
The rest is just details.
While everyone else is marinating themselves like rotisserie chickens, I'm out here looking like I'm entering witness protection.
Laugh all you want.
In October, when you're shopping for lasers and pigmentation treatments, you'll hear my voice in your head:
«I told you so.»
And yes, you'll probably be reading those subtitles right off my face.
Want skin like mine?
You don't need my genetics.
You need my paranoia.😎☀️
Everybody wants my skin. Nobody wants my lifestyle.😏
You are so much more than what your hormones are doing right now.
Come prove it .app
Nobody warned women that menopause can change the tissue.
Not just mood.
Not just sleep.
Not just weight.
The va**nal and urinary tissues are estrogen-sensitive.
When estrogen drops, they can become thinner, drier, more fragile, more irritated, and less resilient.
And no, this is not «just aging.»
That phrase has done enough damage. It can sit down.
Burning. Dryness. Pain with s*x. Recurrent UTIs. Urinary urgency. Irritation that feels like something is wrong — but every test comes back «normal.»
This has a name: Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause.
And the worst part?
Many women are treated like they’re dramatic, anxious, infected, or «getting older.»
Meanwhile, the tissue is literally asking for estrogen.
Your va**na didn’t suddenly become high-maintenance.
The tissue changed.
After estrogen drops, va**nal and urinary tissues can become thinner, drier, more fragile, and more irritated. That can show up as dryness, burning, painful s*x, urinary urgency, and recurring UTIs.
Most women are never told this clearly.

I call this:
«Jumping my way out of osteoporosis.» 😌
Bones are incredibly lazy.
If you don’t give them a reason to stay strong, they start downsizing immediately.
Especially after menopause, when estrogen drops and your skeleton quietly begins its betrayal.
That’s why I jump.
Not because I’m training for the Olympics.
Because I’d like to survive old age without snapping a hip while reaching for yogurt.
Walking is healthy.
But bones need IMPACT.
Force.
Loading.
A reason not to become stale breadsticks.
Jumping trains:
✔ Bone density
✔ Fast-twitch muscle fibers
✔ Balance
✔ Reaction speed
✔ The ability to not fall like a Victorian woman fainting dramatically
Your future skeleton is watching your current decisions very closely.
So yes — bounce a little.
Before gravity starts winning permanently.
Skin elasticity +19%. Aging markers -42%. Dermal thickness increased. Resistance training only. Source: Scientific Reports, June 2023. No treatment replaces this. Not one.
