‼️POP-UP HANDICAP CLASSIC‼️

When: Sunday, June 28, 2026
Where: Bayside Bowl, Portland, ME.
Time: 9:00 AM (check-in starts at 8:00am)
Cost: $60 entry (cash only)

Format: HANDICAP (80% of 200)
Averages: Bowlers will use their highest 2025/26 USBC average of 21 games or more, these averages will be converted to Challenge averages. BoPo bowlers with no qualifying USBC averages will use their BoPo Lifetime Averages, BoPo averages must be a minimum of at least 21 lifetime games. If you do not have either of these averages, we will use your highest 2024/25 USBC average of 21 games or more, otherwise bowlers will bowl scratch.

Field: 64 bowlers
Optional Handicap Side Pots: $10 High Game, $5 Brackets
Pattern: TBD

Bowlers will bowl 4 games of handicap qualifying, top 16 bowlers (based off a full field) will make the single game elimination match play bracket to crown our winner! 1:4 make the cut. Bracket will be seeded based off your qualifying scores.

Note: This is NOT an FKM tournament and does not count towards FKM titles.

Here is how to register..

Visit tournaments.bowlerbuildersproshop.com. Click RESERVATIONS, fill out the form and click Register.

One reservation per bowler, if you are entering the tournament for multiple bowlers you need to submit a reservation for each bowler.

If there are bowlers you wish to bowl with on tournament day, you may put them in the notes section of the reservation form. They must put you on theirs as well. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate all requests but no requests are guaranteed.

Once you have submitted your reservation you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you are in the tournament field. If the tournament has been filled, you will receive a confirmation that you’re on the waitlist. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

Please keep in mind this is our first run at taking entries with our new system so there may be hiccups. We appreciate your patience in advance if anything pops up, but please let us know if you have any issues or questions.

We are very excited to announce the launch of our tournament website! Here you will find..

- Tournament Schedules
- Reservations

- Tournament Results

And on tournament days everyone can track scores all the way from qualifying through the finals!

All reservations will be taken through this website going forward. We will post on Facebook when entries are opened up for each tournament.

Hey ladies! We are only a few days away!

Couple of things ..

We have made our way through almost the entire waitlist so if you wanted to bowl, you’re local and free Sunday morning I would encourage you to come down to Bayside by 9:45am. If we have any no-shows at 9:50am (unless it’s communicated to us that they’re running late) anyone not checked in will be replaced by anyone on stand by that wants to bowl.

Entry fee is $60 CASH ONLY. Side pots are cash only as well.

Doors open at 9am, practice starts at 10am and we will go right into qualifying.
