New books added for Autism Awareness Month

Back to school 🚌 📚 🏫

We were running low on kids books but thanks to a generous donation we are fully stocked with kids books again.

We have some pretty great icicles coming off the library ❄️

Today there was a nice surprise when I checked on the library. Someone left some adorable bracelets and an Elvis Christmas album. The Elvis Christmas CD made me smile- thank you whoever left it. I grew up with a grandma who loved Elvis and also taught me start reading and writing. We spent many hours listening to Elvis, singing along and dancing when I was little. It was such a wonderful reminder of her right before the holidays ❤️

We would like to say thank you to all veterans for their service 🇺🇸

We have added a few books (and comics) to the library in honor of Veteran’s Day.

We are so excited for Halloween! 🎃

RIP RBG

Our hearts are broken at the loss of this fiercely determined woman. She never let anything stand in her way.

We have a “who is” children’s book coming soon for to learn about Ruth Badger Ginsburg.

I take comfort in the thought of her reunited with Marty.
