Hello to all our friends and guests at Raas in Lewes! We have some interesting changes popping up in 2027 and have decided to run a "tasting night" here at Raas. On October 14th at 7 Pm, you will have the chance to sample 2 new Appetizers, 2 new entrees, and a new cocktail where your feedback will help us to begin planning stages for 2027! Read on for more information please...
(Please note: each sampling per person is 49.00$. It will consist of a portion of two appetizers:
1. Beef bacon wrapped banana topped with a tandoori roasted pineapple salsa.
2. Honey chili glazed calamari : breaded and fried then sautéed in a honey chili glaze and tossed with house veggies.
Also a portion of two entrees:
1. Swordfish steak topped with a mushroom cream sauce
2. A "Braveheart" Black Angus NY Strip cooked to temp served with a bone garlic sauce and a sautéed sliced mushroom cream sauce(both on the side). The entrees will be served with housemade Saffron mashed potatoes and chef's selection veggies.
These portion sizes will amount to a serving of 1 full appetizer and 1 full entree per person.)
