Carl Frampton holds real estate licenses in the State of Delaware and Pennsylvania. He's also a member of the Sussex County Board of Realtors, New Castle County Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Carl's previous career in construction industry spans 15 plus years managing and overseeing commercial and residential projects throughout the Delaware Valley region. In addition to his construction experience, Carl has successfully managed his own rental property portfolio for 10 plus years. These rentals range from multi-family properties in center City Philadelphia to weekly beach rentals in Lewes, Delaware. As an investor, Carl has successfully purchased renovated and sold several properties from Northern New Jersey to Delaware. Clients find Carl's experience in construction, real estate investments and property management a valuable asset to possess as a real estate agent.

Carl’s currently the President of the Town Center West, Homeowner Association at the Village of Five Points located in Lewes, Delaware. He splits his time between homes in North Wilmington and Lewes with his wife and daughter and enjoys spending time outdoors with his dogs, Diggy and Roy.

Dan Frampton, Team Member

As a project manager of a General Contracting company for over 10 years, Dan has accumulated a wealth of knowledge relating to home construction and maintenance. With this experience, Dan tends to look at things differently and provides his clients with valuable information in order for them to make the best decision whether it be a first home, third home, or investment property. Dan is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Delaware and hold memberships with the National Association of Realtors and New Castle County Board of Realtors. Growing up within miles of the state line of Delaware in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, Dan is very familiar with the North Wilmington/Claymont real estate market. He understands buying a home can be a stressful situation and makes the process go as smoothly as possible. Dan currently resides in Claymont, DE, with his wife and one year old daughter.

Marc Green, Team Member

Having grown up in Lewes, DE, Marc is extremely familiar with the Sussex County way of life. He has witnessed first-hand how much the area has grown and changed over the years. For the past 12 years Marc has owned and managed a small Audio Visual installation company based out of Lewes. As an entrepreneur he knows how important it is to listen to the client's requirements and end-all goals. Marc also has extensive knowledge in the construction industry and has overseen the entire process of pre-wiring to completion of hundreds of new construction and existing homes as owner/operator of his own company. This knowledge of residential construction will prove to be invaluable when assisting clients in finding their dream home. Marc is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Delaware and a member of the National Association of Realtors and Sussex County Board of Realtors. Marc lives just outside of Lewes with his daughter and enjoys biking the local trails surrounding Lewes & Rehoboth.

Tyler Michaels, Team Marketer and Transaction Coordinator

Tyler is currently attending Penn State Brandywine where he is majoring in business marketing. Tyler has been working with Carl for many years. He was first employed by Carl as a worker for his general contracting company and has since taken over the marketing duties for Frampton Realty Group.

Tyler is familiar with today’s marketing techniques – especially social media. This is a great opportunity for Tyler to apply what he has been studying to the real estate world. The marketing aptitudes Tyler brings to Frampton Realty Group will help reach more potential buyers, sellers, and anyone in-between.

Tyler is from Aston, PA, and, in addition to FRG, is a full-time student-athlete playing baseball. He enjoys traveling the country and has lived in Myrtle Beach, Denver, Colorado Springs & Wichita.
