Today is National Cookie Day, which means people are celebrating the chocolate-chip, freshly-baked, “just one more” kind.
But it’s also a good moment to think about the digital cookies sitting quietly in your browser.

Most of them are harmless and even helpful.
Some remember your preferences.

And a few… collect a little more than you might expect.

* A bit of family chaos (this is the sauce you can't go without)
* Unlimited gratitude
* A pinch of patience
* A timer you *definitely* won’t hear over everyone talking
* Zero meetings, zero emails, zero "quick questions."

🦃 Instructions
1. Preheat your oven and your mood: warm, relaxed, grateful.
2. Season generously with love, jokes, and at least one relative giving live food reviews.
3. Set aside any work thoughts while being aware — if it's not urgent, they can marinate until tomorrow.
4. Check on the turkey every so often… mostly to escape small talk.
5. Serve with people who make you feel at home.
