Wallpaper is officially on the agenda for Millie’s entryway. ✨
You may remember Millie from last year’s basement transformation with the custom fireplace millwork and panelized walls. Now we’re moving on to the next phase of her home, and narrowing down wallpaper selections for the entry.
From bold Art Deco-inspired patterns to timeless stripes and coastal-inspired prints, we’re exploring a few very different directions before making the final choice.
And this is just the beginning…
Next up:
✔️ Wine cellar design
✔️ Shiplap ceilings
✔️ More wallpaper moments
✔️ New lighting
One of my favorite parts of the process is helping clients discover what feels most like them—not just what’s trending.
Which wallpaper would you choose for your own entryway? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7?👇

Some days my job looks like this… ✨
Today I delivered more than 50 wallpaper samples to a client’s home.
One of the biggest challenges homeowners face isn’t finding beautiful options—it’s narrowing down the thousands that are available. That’s where I come in.
After learning how my clients live, what they love, and how they want a space to feel, I curate a collection of options that fit their home, style, and budget. These were just a few of my favorites from today’s delivery.
From playful coastal patterns to bold statement prints, wallpaper has become one of my favorite ways to add personality and tell a story within a space.
Now for the important question…
Which one would you choose for your home? 👇
1️⃣ Birds
2️⃣ Sunshine
3️⃣ Airplanes
4️⃣ Vintage Swimsuits
5️⃣ Surfboards
6️⃣ Beach Shorts

A little sneak peek of a project that’s still very much under construction… ✨
When my clients said they wanted color, personality, and something unexpected, I knew this wasn’t going to be a safe, predictable design.
Bold tile. Statement wallpaper. Layers of texture. A little Art Deco influence. And a whole lot of fun.
The best spaces tell a story about the people who live there—not what’s trending on Pinterest.
More wallpaper to come as construction continues… 🖤✨

Tomorrow I turn 51.
Instead of focusing on what I’ve lost, I’m focusing on what I’ve gained.
More confidence.
More wisdom.
More creativity.
Better boundaries.
A deeper appreciation for the people who love and support me.
Thank you to my family, friends, clients, and community for being part of this journey.
Here’s to another year of designing, dreaming, growing, and becoming.

Design isn’t just picking pretty things.
Most projects start right here…
Standing in an empty room discussing possibilities.
New flooring.
New paint.
Custom millwork.
Furniture selections.
Window treatments.
Lighting.
A hundred decisions that eventually become a home.
This project is about 70% complete, and while we’re not ready for the big reveal yet, I love sharing the process behind the transformation.
The best spaces aren’t created overnight—they’re built one decision at a time.
Stay tuned for the finished reveal. ✨

I wasn’t prepared to get emotional at an art exhibit last night… ❤️🎨
Some of you may remember Audrey and Grace from when I offered their artwork in my retail store years ago. Back then, I knew they were talented. Last night, I got to see just how far they’ve come.
These two creative powerhouses hosted their very own exhibit, Flesh 4 Sale, , just a short walk from . Their work is bold, thought-provoking, beautifully executed, and honestly far beyond their years. The theme may be unconventional, but they absolutely pulled it off.
As proud as I was of the artwork itself, what really got me was watching them confidently greet guests, discuss their creative process, and share the meaning behind their work. They carried themselves like seasoned artists. Watching them interact with visitors and speak so passionately about their work made me tear up more than once.
They’re incredibly talented, but they’re also incredibly fortunate to have parents who have nurtured their creativity, encouraged their artistic gifts, and given them the confidence to dream big. And yes… their moms happen to be two of my besties, which makes watching this journey even more special. ❤️
Last night was a beautiful reminder of why supporting local artists matters. Creativity deserves to be celebrated, encouraged, and shared with the community.
If you’re in the area this weekend, stop by DAC and support these amazing young artists. Their exhibit and artwork will be on display and available for purchase through Monday.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. ✨

Who says every beach house has to be blue? 👀
This bathroom is still waiting on a few final details, but I couldn’t resist sharing where it’s headed.
Instead of playing it safe, we leaned into bold design choices: dramatic art deco wallpaper, rich black finishes, warm brass accents, oversized emerald hex tile, and orange shower tile that brings so much warmth and personality to the space.
I love coastal design, but sometimes the most memorable rooms are the ones that break all the expected rules.
Not every bathroom needs white subway tile.
Not every beach home needs shades of blue.
And not every client wants “safe.”
Sometimes the magic happens when you take a risk.
A few finishing touches are still to come, but this moody little jewel box is already making a statement.
Would you choose this over a traditional coastal bathroom?

Not every beach house has to be white and coastal.
Sometimes moody lighting, dramatic contrast and layered texture create the magic instead. ✨
This bedroom started as a blank space and evolved into a bold, cozy retreat with oversized art, dark walls, soft boucle seating and warm metallic lighting.
Proof that beach homes can still have personality.

From forgotten storage zone to funky cocktail lounge 🍸✨
This space started with outdated built-ins, carpet, utility overflow, and zero personality… but underneath it all was SO much potential.
I brightened the shell, added a bold oversized mural, leaned into playful color, styled the original glass shelving, and transformed this lower level into an experience instead of just a pass-through space.
And I’m not done yet… construction continues, furnishings are still being layered in, and this space is continuing to evolve. 👀✨
Proof that sometimes the overlooked spaces become the best spaces.
Swipe for the before.

Design should feel personal — not cookie cutter. 🩷🩷🩷
Ann & Joe, the sweetest retired couple, wanted their home to feel fresh, layered and warm. So instead of choosing one ‘safe’ direction, we explored wallpapers with personality, movement and texture that still feel timeless.
These are the selections headed into their upcoming Mood project 👀
One of my favorite parts of design is helping clients discover styles they may have never considered on their own — then watching the entire home come to life around it. We have new furniture, lighting, rugs and the full reveal is coming soon. 👀
