We are currently advising a coffee producer with an established sourcing and production model: premium beans imported from Brazil and Colombia, roasted and processed in Turkey, and marketed under its own brand.

The operation is structured for scale — consistent quality control, reliable production capacity, and the ability to support long-term international distribution.

The product range includes espresso, Turkish coffee, filter coffee, and complementary lines tailored for both retail and HORECA channels.

The company is now seeking strategic partners in new markets:
• Master distributors
• Established importers
• Retail chains / supermarket buyers
• HORECA supply groups
• Private label collaborations

This is not a spot-volume export initiative. The objective is sustainable market entry with committed partners who understand brand positioning and structured growth.

If this aligns with your market — or someone in your network — we would be pleased to initiate a conversation.

Direct messages to me are welcome, or you may contact IBC / IBC International Business Consultancy at [email protected].

World population is getting older and older every year. This is a silent, yet a huge danger of global shift we can’t ignore.

Every year, the world’s population grows older. Life expectancy is increasing, birth rates are declining, and in just a decade, the consequences will be unavoidable.

By 2035, for the first time in history, people aged 65+ will outnumber children under five. While this is a testament to medical and technological advancements, it also presents serious challenges:

Workforce Shortages:
Fewer working-age individuals will have to support a growing number of retirees, putting immense strain on productivity and economic growth.

Healthcare Systems Under Pressure:
As chronic diseases rise with age, healthcare costs will skyrocket, making quality care less accessible and affordable.

Pension & Social Security Strains:
Many governments are unprepared for the financial burden of an aging society, which could lead to reduced benefits or higher taxes.

Shifting Consumer Markets: Businesses that don’t adapt to the needs of an older demographic risk losing relevance.

The world is changing, and so must our approach. We need proactive policies, innovation in eldercare, and strategies to keep older adults engaged in the workforce longer. The question is: Are we ready?

What are your thoughts on the challenges and opportunities of an aging world? Let’s discuss!
