Here’s a project in Seaford DE, that was done a few months ago that I forgot to post.
The garage was completely full of personal items that we helped the homeowner go through. Decide what to keep at what to discard.
The roof was leaking and needed to be completely replaced all new plywood, facia, soffit and flashing around the chimney. New rafters in some spots also. Remove the old beam in the garage. Replaced with a triple LVL. Doubled the framing on the inside walls to help with structural issues new drywall on the ceiling with a tape coat and insulation. New gutters were installed along with reframed the sliding glass door to add a garage door…

This client had some damage done to their duradek by the outdoor furniture during a storm. Ripped all of the old deck out assessed the water damage and replaced any rotting wood..

Wrapped this pavilion in cedar for the client to have a small get together this coming weekend. While the landscaping/paver crew was hard at work with some finishing touches.

These are the small jobs that keep us going.
They’re not always glamorous with a huge transformation. But absolutely necessary.
Removing quarter round and scratched lvp flooring. Adding 3” screws to stop subfloor from squeaking.
Swapping scratched floor for new.

Three seasons room in heritage shores about half way done. We’ll update when it’s wrapped,sided and windows/door installed.

Outdoor shower we just finished up today by love creek.

This job we recently completed in Cambridge MD.
Turned out great, treated decking with vinyl hand rail and solar post cap lighting. Also removed and reinstalled the rubber since in was a sleeper deck.
