For our God, it is not just about the destination, it is also about what happens along the way. God longs to be in relationship with us, wants us to lift up our needs to him in prayer, so that we might learn to trust him all the more. May we each continue to pray to trust God along our journey, knowing he will provide.

As we reflect on our own journeys—both the easier and more challenging stretches of the road—what are ways that God has provided for you?

God’s provision can come to us in a myriad of ways—in Exodus 17 we see God provide for the Israelites by bringing forth water from a rock during their wilderness journey. As we reflected on the history the Civil Rights Movement in our nation on Sunday, it was a good reminder that sometimes we are called to be the source of provision for one another.

Wednesday, campers learned about the steadfastness of God's promises and how we can always rely on God's word. We explored scripture with creative responses, built connections with each other, and continued to play new camp games!
