This is the small plates tapa bar that I plan to open in the next few years, just trying to build a community of people who know about it.
I'm currently enrolled in school and taking the first few steps in securing a foot hold with this restaurant. I'm using this page to build my menu with items I think and come up with, build a community of those of you who know about it and show interest in it, and I will also need to test my recipes and menu items so I will occasionally post menu testing events to see how different pallets enjoy t
Menu Item #9.
Cherry Glazed Pork Medallions:
Oven roasted pork medallions topped with a honey, cherry reduction sauce accented with a hint of port wine and a touch of balsamic vinegar.
Menu Item #8.
Harvest Chicken Salad:
Fresh spinach and arugula mix tossed with craisens, citrus marinated chicken, fresh red grapes, and granny smith apples topped off with an apple cider vinaigrette and blue cheese crumbles.
Menu Item #7:
This is another of my favorites.
Chocolate Sushi:
Dark molding chocolate rolled around a sweetened desert rice boiled in sugar water and stuffed with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with white and dark chocolate drizzled over the top. Served with candied ginger.

Roasted Potatoes with Spicy Tomato sauce:
The name pretty much says it all, tender roasted red skin potatoes topped off with a spicy, savory tomato sauce.

Pan Seared Tuna:
*Note: This is very under cooked Tuna.
Crusted in toasted and black sesame seed/wasabi powder, Ahi tuna steaks pan seared and served with pickled ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.

Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables:
Red skin potatoes, egg plant, zucchini, shallots, Mushrooms, red peppers, and cherry tomatoes baked in extra virgin olive oil, and topped with a romano parmesan cheese mix.
Menu Item #3.
Cucumber Lemon Sorbet:
This is a cool and refreshing pallet cleaner and or desert with just a hint of fresh cucumber mixed into a smooth, tangy lemon sorbet.

Ginger-Apple glazed Chicken:
A boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and glazed with a mixture of Apple jelly, soy sauce, zested lemon, and grated ginger.
Menu Item #1. and I've got my heart set on this:
Opened faced Crostinis:
Oven toasted crostinis with a garlic and sundried tomato spread, thin slice prosciutto, melted swiss cheese, capers roasted in an aged balsamic vinegar, topped with a honey drizzle and garnish.
Somewhat excited that I'm making this facebook official but I still have a lot of work to do. I'm excited to hear what you all think of some of the menu items that I'll be posting in a little while complete with descriptions of the small plates.
