In honor of the World Cup coming to Kansas City, let’s take a look back at the Origin Hotel on Kansas City's Riverfront. Opened in 2024 as the first hotel on the Berkley Riverfront, this 118-room boutique destination helped usher in a vibrant new chapter for KC.

BSM Wall Systems was proud to provide the masonry on this project, helping bring to life a space that reflects the character and growth of Kansas City. From locally inspired dining at Show Pony to stunning riverfront event spaces and thoughtfully curated local art, Origin captures the spirit of the city at every turn.

A special shoutout to Centric for leading the project and delivering this exciting addition to Kansas City's riverfront.

Project Progress Update at The Gallery at Longmont in Longmont, CO.

First milestone completed: the CMU elevator and stair wells are now up! We’re excited for what’s to come as the project continues to take shape.

We’re proud to be part of this incredible build and grateful to the GC on the project, W.E. O'Neil Construction, for including us in the celebration marking the completion of the structural steel phase. While this milestone represents major progress, there’s still plenty of work ahead — and our team is proud to be onsite, carrying the project forward into the structural masonry phase as we continue laying CMU structural block.

This converter station will help deliver 20% of the clean energy powering the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, and we’re honored to play a role in such an impactful project.

Berkley Riverfront Project Progression 🏗️

So much progress in just a few short months. With views of the iconic Christopher S. Bond Bridge—the tallest in Missouri—and CPKC Stadium, home of the KC Current, this project is really taking shape. Proud to have played a role in the masonry work on this build and to be part of such a transformative development for Kansas City.

Brick work at Rocky Vista High School in Colorado is moving right along. Our crews are making steady progress across the exterior as the building continues to take shape. Watching this campus grow day by day is incredibly rewarding, and we’re proud to help build a space that will serve students and the community for years to come.

Last week, team members from our Denver, Kansas City, and Utah branches completed Hydro Mobile Technician Training!

We’re proud to announce that BSM Wall Systems now has seven qualified technicians certified to service our Hydro Mobile M2 and P‑Unit series.

The training covered a wide range of essential skills—including electrical diagnostics, engine repairs, and annual inspections—bringing tremendous value to our operations to better serve our customers.
