Tangled Roots Potting Bar is a unique mobile succulent planting experience where guests create their own custom arrangements by choosing from a variety of pots, succulents, air plants, decorative moss, pebbles, mushrooms, and other fun accents.
Today is inventory hell day at Tangled Roots. 🌵📦
I’m counting pots, sorting plants, and trying to figure out how I ended up with approximately 400 tiny mushrooms. 🍄😂
The new display shelves will be finished this week, and our onsite potting bar will be fully functional by October 1st! We’ll have houseplants, hanging plants, cacti, succulents, air plants, and plenty of fun little treasures to make your creation your own. 🌿✨
I can’t wait for you to come see it all! Plant • Grow • Connect 💚
🌿 Meet Michelle Monday!
You know I love growing plants, but did you know I also brew my own kombucha? Apparently, I can’t have a hobby unless something in a jar needs checking on. 😂
Kombucha is fizzy, fermented tea. It contains live cultures and compounds from tea, and people often drink it for its potential gut benefits. I mostly love making it—and drinking it!
And that funny-looking thing floating in the jar? That’s a SCOBY: a living culture of bacteria and yeast that helps turn sweet tea into kombucha. It looks a little questionable, but it’s doing the work. 😂
Just sharing a peek at today’s batch! I might make a full video showing the process from beginning to end. Would you watch? 🫙

I won’t be at the Downtown Fort Myers market tomorrow while I get over being sick and finish up the onsite potting bar. 🌿
I’ll be back next week at Downtown and Babcock Ranch with epic specials, beautiful plants, and more. See you then! 🪴

Hey everyone! I’ve been sick all week :( I guess that trip and the recent chaos caught up to me. I am taking one more week off of downtown Fort Myers on Saturday as we are so so close to having the on-site potting bar fully open. I am also working on some photography for the website and promotions. I will be home this weekend if anybody would like to stop by and pot up a plant and see the final touches in action, please let me know!
