Have you ever been looking for something iced on a hot day but don’t have 12 hours to make cold brew? You should try a flash brew!

Flash brewed coffee can be done simply by cutting your water ratio into 60/40 (40% ice and 60% water) over your freshly ground coffee in a pour over setup. This will ensure that you don’t get a “watered down” taste when you brew at home. Give it a try and let us know how it goes!
