Visibility with Linds

Start with the free checklist: lindseypierce.com/checklist I’m Linds, the person who likes making messy things make sense. Spoiler: I cannot.

I help women business owners turn existing blogs, offers, freebies, and resources into Pinterest-powered visibility systems so their content can be found without daily posting. I’m a systems thinker, content creator, travel planner, wife, mom, and recovering “I can just keep all of this in my head” person. I’ve spent years organizing moving pieces, from business workflows and content calendars to Disney trips, family schedules, blog posts, offers, and all the tiny details that somehow become everyone’s mental load. I love calm systems, useful content, planners, purple, Hawaiʻi, and anything that helps life feel a little less scattered. Around here, I talk about content, visibility, systems, and building a business in a way that does not require living online or starting from scratch every week. Basically, I’m here to help make the pieces make sense.

I am a systems person, but I would like the record to show that becoming a systems person often begins with creating a mess large enough to require a system.

Anyone else?

You do not need to organize your entire digital life this afternoon.

Start smaller.

Find five pieces of content that still support your current business. Note who each one helps and what the next step should be.

Those five links can give you a much clearer starting point than a blank monthly calendar.

You can build from there once you know what deserves attention first.

What are your first five links?

I love a fresh idea.

Fresh ideas are exciting. They have no broken links, outdated screenshots, or embarrassing opening paragraphs.

Unfortunately, the old ideas sometimes have actual traffic and proof that people care.

Are you more likely to create something new or improve something old?

A lot of business owners sit down to plan content and immediately look for a blank page.

New blog topic. New video idea. New freebie. New series.

Meanwhile, they may already have years of helpful content sitting on their website, in Google Drive, inside podcast episodes, or buried under file names that stopped making sense in 2022.

A content inventory changes the question from “What should I create?” to “What do I already have that still helps?”

That is often a much easier place to begin.

Do you know how much useful content you already have?

A travel advisor has old blog posts about Disney hotels, dining, packing, and planning.

A coach has podcast episodes answering the same questions potential clients keep asking.

A product seller has seasonal guides, gift ideas, and tutorials from last year.

None of that is automatically “old content.” It may be the beginning of a much better visibility plan.

What type of content do you already have the most of?

How organized is your existing content?
A. Everything has a place
B. I can usually find it
C. Search bar and a prayer
D. What content?

Business owners are often told they need to create more content.

I would like to gently suggest that some of us need to locate our existing content first.

There is a difference. See the link in the comments to read more:

Do you know how many useful blog posts, videos, freebies, products, or service pages you already have?

Before creating something new, ask whether people can find the useful things you have already created.

Quick Saturday business check:

Do you have at least one useful link that more people should be finding?

It could be a blog post, freebie, product, service page, podcast episode, YouTube video, guide, or resource.

If the answer is yes, you already have something to pin.

What is the one link on your website you wish more people saw?

I say this with love.

And some personal experience.

Where are you spending marketing time right now that may not be giving you much back?
