On Thursday, October 1, Legends Boxing and professional cutman Brad Tate are hosting a free hand-wrapping seminar. He’ll show you how to wrap hands like a pro and share what he’s learned over his years in the UFC.
This event is free for all Utah boxing coaches, no matter what gym you’re a part of. Come learn how to wrap hands from the best.

Today's your last day to earn the 250 Patch. 🇺🇸
Before anything else — thank you. To every member of the tribe who showed up, pushed through, and gave everything to this challenge: this one's for you. This was never just about a patch. It was about what this tribe does when it's asked to give more.
After today, the 250 Patch is gone for good — not sold, not reprinted, not available after July 31.
