After hearing a lot about this place and seeing a lot of photos online, I decided to give it a try. I called and made an appointment for 6:15PM with Mimi. When I got there, a lady took me back, never introducing herself or even greeting me. Just "go sit in that chair." I got settled into the station she put me at and then 10 minutes later, she moved me to another station and another lady began working on my nails. Towards the end, I was moved a THIRD time and had ANOTHER woman working on my nails. So I was handed off three times. No clue if any of these women were Mimi, not one of them greeted me or introduced themselves. The employees there were not kind to one another, I watched them disrespectfully speak to each other and put each other down right in front of clients. I'm not quite sure what all the hype about this place is. Maybe just because they do designs and promote a lot on Instagram? I worked in the service beauty industry for 6 years. Customer satisfaction and professionalism should always be a priority, Happy Nails is failing at that. Never have I NOT tipped someone. but even if I did want to tip them, I would not know who to give the tip to since 3 ladies worked on my nails. Oh, i forgot to mention...We searched for the color for my nails for about 15 minutes. I just wanted a simple, slate grey. She ended up not even painting my nails that color. She used a different color that was nearby...? At this point, I just went with it. I likely will not go back here or recommend anyone. Very disappointed.

Loving my nails from Happy Nails non traditional Christmas. Black and white Christmas tree. First time at this nail place and I loved it next time I’m going to request John or Tiffany😁 pretty satisfied though with Loo nails.
