Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Workforce Summit .

March 1-7 is . This week, we celebrate the contributions and sacrifices of these service members, entrepreneurs, and farmers.

According to the most recent (2022) Annual Business Survey distributed by the United States Census Bureau, across the U.S., veteran-owned businesses employed over THREE MILLION people and had an annual payroll of $179.9B. Loudoun is home to many veteran-owned businesses and farms who help shape the county’s diverse economy. Join us in this celebration and if you have a favorite veteran-owned business, are a veteran business owner, or just want to share of a veteran-owned business that you know of, let us know below!

Congratulations to all involved in the successful launch of the County Veterans Treatment Docket. ’s specialty docket is designed to serve justice-involved veterans of the U.S. military branches, including the National Guard and reserves, who have mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Active-duty military members are excluded from participation.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1177 is leading a new program to support the Martinsburg VA Medical Center’s Food Bank.
