Meet Emma Rady, MA, LGPC, NCC

Emma is an adoption competent therapist and also a transracial, transnational adoptee. Emma enjoys working with teens and young adults. Meet Julie! Julie is an adoptee and adoption competent therapist. Julie has extensive experience working with foster care families and alums. As a transracial adoptee, she also specializes in racial identity development. Julie currently has limited evening and weekend appointment availability for clients throughout Virginia. Meet Christa! She’s a licensed clinical social worker in MD, VA, and DC.

She is an adoption competent therapist who specializes in working with survivors of trauma. Prior to pursuing clinical work full-time she served as the Director of Domestic and Sexual Violence Programs for a local nonprofit. Christa is also a registered yoga teacher and integrates this into her practice. Adult Adoptee Adopt Salon Support Group : September 8th, 2021 - Celia Center Adult Adoptee VIrtual Support Group. A place for Adult Adoptees to come together to share stories, thoughts, feelings, and ideas, receive psycho-education, process grief/loss, and build strong bonds and connections.
