Here’s something most founders never test. 🫣

Can your business function without you for one day?

Not theoretically but ACTUALLY.

Try it and see what happens.

And ask yourself this question:

How many issues surfaced that only you could solve?

You don’t need to decide whether you’ll keep the business or sell it.

Not yet.

First, build a business that gives you the option.

Because once you have options, you’re operating from a position of strength.

And that’s a much better place to make decisions from.

Nobody likes hearing this, but when life changed, the business disappeared.

Take a look at your business. What are the three things it depends on most?

Now ask yourself: How many of those things still run through you?

Pick one and start removing yourself from it.

People hear “exit planning” and think it’s something they’ll deal with later.

We don’t.

The same activities that increase business value also improve life today.

- Documented processes.
- Clear accountability.
- Strong leadership.

Those things help you make more money now and create more options later.

Here’s a tip:
- Document one recurring task this week.
- Track how many times that task gets completed without your involvement.

You do not need to fix everything this month. Just find one decision, one client task, or one approval that someone else can own.
