Long weekend of showing houses and helping a client prepare their home for listing....loved every minute of it!

I am actually getting excited about yardwork this weekend. That's a first and it's very confusing for me....either I am watching to much DIY network or I am getting old.

Back from vacation, refreshed and ready to get busy in this revived real estate market.

My amazing husband cleared the driveway and stairs of one of my listings for a showing yesterday....he is a Keeper! Even with all the nasty weather this winter, buyers are still out looking. Can't wait for Spring!
