In $250M Lee's Summit mixed-use, sports complex targets April opening, as first mixed-use gets underway - Kansas City Business Journal After years of less visible progress, the developers behind Paragon Star in Lee's Summit aim to open the $250 million project's 10 multisport turf fields in April, with an initial mixed-use building to follow in late 2023 or early 2024.

The development continues to progress nicely---fields under construction, new staff being hired and we are putting together other operational aspects of the project. Stay tuned!

When we see a community in crisis, we feel it is our duty to help. Paragon Star and our partners are working to provide humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine. We have come together to collectively support World Central Kitchen, a non-profit organization providing meals for people fleeing the war across 12 cities in Ukraine, as well as other countries including Poland, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. We encourage others to support, contribute and use their influence to make a difference and create a positive impact on the lives of the Ukrainian people.
