Longview Community Center

The next session of Functional Fitness for Active Agers starts the week of June 22! This a 6-week program for seniors looking to strengthen their bodies for everyday life. Workouts will include exercises modified to your capabilities and set to improve your balance and flexibility, body strength, and movement. Every participant will be required to get a medical clearance before starting.
