Sometimes travel for a deposition creates its own perks… Our very own David Lombardo got to share a flight with Super Bowl Champ Travis Kelce.

Due to the recent events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, companies everywhere are adjusting their policies and procedures in an effort to keep people safe. As a result, here at TBC, we have seen a significant increase in requests for videoconferencing and remote exhibit presentation.

At TBC, we have spent the last few years expanding our remote deposition and presentation capabilities and we are in a unique position to utilize technology to help our clients move their cases forward. From meetings with expert witnesses to document intensive depositions, videoconferencing has never been easier! We have the capability to screenshare and present exhibits remotely. We can even employ one of our experienced trial technicians to coordinate the presentation of exhibits just as we do in court and utilize Picture-In-Picture (PIP) remotely via videoconference.

The whole TBC crew celebrates the kickoff of our 4th quarter trial support and deposition schedule at the Brooksider Sportsbar and Grill last week.

We have been so blessed this year and it has only gotten more challenging as we move into the fall and winter months.

We have been hired to provide 2 trial technicians for an 8 week litigation by a large Washington DC firm beginning this week and running through Thanksgiving.

In addition to this, we have several more trials both locally and across the nation as well as a full schedule of High definition Picture-in-Picture depositions.

The boys and girls have their work cut out for them....but with this team we are up to the challenge.
