Another milestone reached at Barry West.

Sanitary sewer installation is now underway for Phase II, and our team recently joined Emery Sapp & Sons onsite for a project overview and progress update.

While much of the work happening today is below ground, it's laying the foundation for the future growth of Barry West, which will feature 364 townhome units upon completion and become the largest build-to-rent community in Kansas City.
