To our camp family:

The health and safety of our campers and staff remains our number one priority.
While we were hopeful that camp would not be impacted by COVID-19, our council has made the difficult decision to cancel the Rotary Scout Camp session for 2020.

The decision was based on our ability to operate safely within the CDC's guidelines as well as recommendations the American Camping Association and from local, state and BSA authorities.

While we are disappointed in missing out on the opportunity to see campers and friends, we know this is the best decision regarding everyone’s health and safety.

We look forward to seeing everyone in 2021 for Halloween Town, Rotary Scout Camp!

If you are near Lee's Summit on January 8th, be sure to stop by Chipotle to support our friends at the Rotary Youth Camp. Did you know, the camp does not charge us to use the facility or for meals? Without the great work of the camp, we estimate our camp fee would be increased by another $250 per camper.

Today seems like a good day to announce our 2020 theme! Campers, mark your calendars for July 8-12, staff we will see you July 5.

Staff has arrived! This afternoon, staff engaged in team building activities where they constructed towers using spagehetti, tape, and string.
