FROM MY READ THIS MORNING!!

Stop waiting.
Stop hoping.
Stop standing still.

If you want something different, your actions have to change.

Go after what you want.
Ask for what you need.
Move forward—even when it’s uncomfortable.

That’s how legacies are built.

From my read this morning,

Mindset shift: stop asking “how do I do this better?”
Start asking “how do I make myself unnecessary here?”

Leaders build what replaces them.
Control protects value.

The goal isn’t to be needed forever.
The goal is to build people and systems that thrive without you standing in the middle of everything.

That’s leadership.
That’s scale.
That’s legacy.

Grateful for the time in Boston with an incredible group of leaders.

Thank you for the openness, the conversations, and the willingness to grow. Rooms like this remind me that leadership isn’t about titles. it’s about humility, service, and showing up ready to get better.

Appreciate each of you for the hospitality and the energy. Onward.

Step back. Breathe.
