We’re looking for a skilled MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator to join our team! If you have at least 2 years of welding experience, take initiative, and enjoy bringing customer requests to life, we want to hear from you!

✅ MIG &TIG welding experience (steel & stainless steel) – 2+ years required
✅ Mechanical & problem-solving skills – ability to think on your feet

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔧 Fabricating and welding custom exhaust components
📏 Reading and working from technical drawings
💡 Working with customers to bring their ideas to life
🛠 Replacing catalytic converters and installing downpipes
🔍 Strategizing the most cost-effective way to fix an exhaust leak
👊 Working as a team on projects to ensure top-quality results
🧹 Keeping the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently

What a great day! Our new friend, and owner of CRS Apparel, Andrew Rhoade gave us a visit early in the morning when we opened at 7AM. It was strange for me to see him so soon since I saw him last when we did a custom Exhaust job on his truck a few weeks back. He greeted me with a smile and had a box in his hands. He CUSTOM taylored a beautiful design for Old Gold and printed it out onto all sorts of apparel for us... for absolutely FREE. Just out of the kindness of his heart he came to us and surprised us with at least 25 items of merchandise folded up neatly in a box. Needless to say he did an amazing job and I wanted to give Andrew and his company CRS Apparel a big shoutout for this wonderful Gesture. If anyone wants their own Old Gold T-shirt, long-sleeved, or hats give me a message here on Facebook or text me if you have my number and I will get some more made! Thanks again, you rocked!

I don't post nearly enough on here, but we have been doing tons of cool custom jobs! Here's one we did for our friend Steve Whary on his V8Durango! Custom x-pipe and two 40 series flowmasters with 4" black tips at the rear. Wound up adding 2 resonators where the 4th pic has the pipes circled to make it great for around town and cruzing rpms. Learning every day how to make the best possible sounding exhaust for everyone's preferences! Come to Old Gold Auto Shop for all your exhaust needs!

Don't replace your whole exhaust for a couple of bad Flanges. In these situations, re-using the factory piping is beneficial for longevity and it's more cost effective. Replacing the catalytic converter gets expensive, everyone knows this. Here at Old Gold we not only replace bad parts, but we will repair them too.
