Two Fat Men Ice Cream Company is an artisan ice cream company located in Lebanon, Tennessee. We came about by wanting to make good ole homemade ice cream that takes us back to our childhood. To accomplish this, owner Ed Riley enrolled in an 8 day course at Penn State's Ice Cream College, a program that dates back to 1892. We are the smallest licensed creamery in the state of Tennessee! Earlier this month Chef Ed traveled to the St.Jude House in Memphis. He delivered 500 containers of our homemade ice cream for the children and their family members who are staying at the house while receiving treatment at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
He also took an ice cream cart to remain there so we can keep it stocked with ice cream year round.

1 pound of freeze dried ice cream
Pick up a tin, individual items or our white chocolate caramel pecan log at Mo Cara Event Venue, 1331 West Main Street, Lebanon. The candy shop will be open until Christmas Eve, Monday-Friday 9 am until 4 pm and Saturday 9 am until 2pm.
