We successfully raised the support beam and got all the jacks in place I'll post all the pictures in the step order we used.... Next time I'll show you what we do top side to make sure we getting floor flat. This one turned out great. In 27 feet i ran a straight line pulled tight. The worst spot is about an 1/8 inch dip in 2 places. Not bad for a 95 year old floor

We're getting ready to raise this floor across kitchen and living room. The best way to keep it from doing it again is install a beam. So here it is, hand crafted 27' support beam built out of 2x10's. Now the fun is about to begin. Getting this bad boy up in the air and positioned on the floor jacks To be continued.......
