A lil something lite! I did pulled pork and bologna sliders for my shift! It had a Honey bourbon sweet heat glaze over the top of it!

So many different ways to smoke a brisket! What’s your favorite way to smoke one? Fat side or down? Trimmed at least 3 lbs off of it as well. Now time for the Traeger to go to work!
