Y’all… we were supposed to be here until 6:00 PM! 🤯

Today was absolutely INSANE. We shattered our previous sales record at this location and completely sold through our inventory before lunch was even over. We honestly don’t have the words.

To everyone who stood in line, waited patiently, grabbed corn, lemonade, pickles, and supported our family business—THANK YOU. Every single order means the world to us.

We’re incredibly sorry to those who came by later and found us sold out. We never want to run out, but today you all showed up in a BIG way and simply loved us right out of product!

Two years ago this was just an idea. Today we’re loading up early because there is literally nothing left to sell. What a blessing.

We are beyond grateful, beyond humbled, and beyond excited for what’s ahead. The support you’ve shown Hudson Kettle this year has been unreal, and we’re just getting started.

Middle Tennessee… y’all are AMAZING. ❤️

We come here three times a year, every year, because this market is just that good. Great vendors, great customers, and one of the best-organized events around.

It’s been a marathon week for us, but we’re still going strong and excited to be here!

Reality check: We’re running low on pulled pork and chips, so if a Pit Boss is calling your name, you’ll want to get here early before we sell out.

We’ll be serving from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM today. Come see us, grab some sweet corn, lemonade, pickles, and all your favorites!

Looks like today we’re sliding right into the 90s! ☀️🍋

You know what that means — a whole lot of lemons getting smashed and a whole lot of flavor pouring all day long.

We’ll be at the amazing White House Farmer’s Market today from 3:30–7:00, and we know the lines may get long — but we’re coming ready with 5 people at the trailer to keep things moving!

And of course, Eliza will be holding down the fort at Jimmy Floyd from 11:30–6:00, keeping everyone cool by the pool.

So whether you’re hanging out at the pool or strolling through the farmer’s market, come grab a lemonade, some corn, or your favorite Hudson Kettle treat.

We’re going to go ahead and pack it up a little early today at Jimmy Floyd. Looks like rain—and possibly some thunder—is headed our way, and the pool crowd is pretty light this afternoon.

And y’all… this one is legit amazing.

We’re bringing some bold flavors from the East and putting our own Hudson Kettle spin on it. It’s buttery, savory, a little smoky, a little sweet, with just the right kick — finished with cotija, sesame seeds, gochugaru, crispy onions, and that Bachan’s drizzle that just takes it over the top.

This is one of those flavors that kind of makes your head spin in the best way.

We’re debuting it this week and can’t wait to hear what y’all think. Who knows… maybe it earns a permanent spot on the menu. 👀
