Board Member Spotlight: Hilary Smith

Hilary Smith is a new member of the YMCA Board of Directors, serving in partnership with Compass Health. Although she has only been on the board for two months, she is excited for the opportunity to stay connected and involved with the community.

Hilary has worked at Compass Health since 2012 and currently serves in a supervisory role. She has an educational background in psychology, criminology, and sociology, along with a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. Hilary is passionate about helping others and giving back to the community she serves.
When asked what the Y means to her, Hilary shared that the YMCA is “a place for community support and belonging — a place for fitness and sports, youth programs, and team activities that help families grow and connect.”

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Hilary enjoys cheering on her son at his baseball and basketball games.

Join us on Friday, September 25th for an evening of elegance, music, and fun as we step back into the Roaring Twenties. Come dressed to the nines in your best Gatsby-inspired attire and enjoy a night filled with dancing, laughter, and wonderful memories.

This FREE event is open to the public and includes:

Join us at the Lebanon Family YMCA for First Aid, CPR/AED Training on Friday, June 19th from 4:00–6:30 PM! This hands-on training will teach essential life-saving skills for responding to emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.

Participants will learn:
✔ CPR techniques
✔ AED use
✔ First aid response skills
✔ Bleeding control & bandaging
✔ Emergency scenario response

*This is a blended learning course. Online learning must be completed prior to in-person skills session.

Our Lifeguarding certification course provides the knowledge and skills needed to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies, as well as care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses until EMS arrives.
